Liberty ECS After School Karate Program
In this introductory session, students will learn basic Karate techniques, Stranger Safety and
Awareness in a fun and safe environment. Instructors are committed to help students become
more successful in school and life by teaching the fundamentals of Martial Arts. Students will
learn self-discipline and control, gain confidence and self-esteem, improve hand-foot-eye
coordination, as well as develop techniques to help them improve balance, coordination and
fitness. Our unique method of training is designed to instill a positive attitude, plus teach the
importance of strong values, good character, and instill respect for self and others.
